Apply Now for the 2009 Most Promising Minority Students Scholarship sponsored by The Home Depot!
With the support of The Home Depot, the American Advertising Federation's Mosaic Center on Multiculturalism will award fourteen (14) $5,000 scholarships to deserving minority students majoring in advertising, marketing or communications. As college sophomores and juniors, these students should exhibit the potential to become one of AAF's Most Promising Minority Students by their senior year.
An applicant will be considered for a scholarship only if he or she meets the following criteria:
· Is a college sophomore or junior at the time of the application deadline
· Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA (on 4.0 scale)
· Must be a U.S. citizen
· African, Asian, Latino, Native American or Pacific Island descent

AdClub General Meeting Application
Hi everyone!
For spring semester AdClub is doing some reorganization. We have two new E-Board members, Laura Rapalski is our new VP of Creative and Shaun Campos is a new Group Account Director. We are working diligently on obtaining more clients so we can successfully get everyone on a team. As part of this process we are redoing our applications, as some of them did not accurately reflect members’ abilities. We will be having a general meeting on Tuesday February 3rd at 5pm in the SAO Consortia room to go over applications and work on assigning teams. If you cannot make it to this meeting please let us know and together we will come up with an alternate time. We have attached an application for you to fill out and bring to the meeting. We also ask that art directors bring in two pieces of creative work, copywriters bring a short writing sample, and account executives bring in a resume. We know this is a pain but it will really help the club run smoothly and accurately gauge members’ abilities so we can properly assign teams. Thank you!
